- Can I make multiple orders?
- We recommend each person place only one order every 15 days, however we understand the need for supplies, and will try to fill multiple orders.
- Do you have discreet packaging?

- All packages come in a discrete, kraft box mailer. The label simply has our return address on it.
- Where is my package?

- Unfortunately, we do not provide tracking on packages, however if you have not received your package 2 weeks after ordering, we recommend you place an additional order.
- I live outside of Texas Public Health Region 8, can I still place an order?

- No. Unfortunately we only serve individuals living in the listed counties.
