Individuals must meet the following criteria to receive harm reduction supplies:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Live in one of the following counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Calhoun, Comal, DeWitt, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Gillespie, Goliad, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Jackson, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, LA Salle, Lavaca, Maverick, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde, Victoria, Wilson and Zavala.
- Identify with at least one of the following:
- Currently use or have a history of substance use (alcohol or drugs) in the past 12 months
- Have a history of overdose in the past 36 months
- Be a friend/family member/ally of someone using substances
